C5 Wheels on a 91 S10
So I'm building a ProTouring S10...
I'm using C5 wheels and do not want to use spacers if at all possible...
Considering that S10's use the same front suspension as Gbodies; How much wider would the front track be if I used the Nova LCA's?
Any Ideas???

07-26-2009 #2Welcome to the forum.
If the truck is 2wd you have to run spacers on the front. No way around it. 4wd can usualy get away with no spacers, or at least something small like 0.5" just for asthetics to flush up the wheel with the fender. If you swap to a 4wd rear end it is wide enough to eliminate the need for spacers on the rear. Nova's are not g-bodies, they are x-bodies. You are right about the g-bodies and s-series having the same front end components and geometry, but no x-body component is compatible on the front end.
For more info check out this thread. It is pretty much the be-all of vette rim fitments on s-series.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Ryer
