Acid Dip Shop?

Starting a new project. 1967 mustang. It has some rust and I’d like to get the entire car acid dipped. I live in So Cal. With the EPA I’m sure that type of service is outlawed but I got to ask.
are there any shops in California, Nevada or Arizona that perform this service?
