      1967 Chevelle Malibu

Here is my project, a 1967 Chevelle Malibu. It started as a very clean 327 small block car with a TH350 when I got it. The body was fairly unmolested with only 1 repaint on it and retained all of it's original sheet metal. To date I have purchased a SPEC chassis, 2014 Camaro LS, Bowler prepped T-56, GM Performance engine management harness, American Auto wire Classic Update harness, Ultimate headers, Dakota Digital RTX guage cluster. I have built the transmission tunnel and welded into place along with smoothing out the firewall. The plan with the car is to leave the exterior alone and run the front bench seat with the six speed for a good sleeper/driver along with installing a bumpier cam in the engine. Progress has been slow as life gets in the way along with a few other projects on hand..... its an addiction....Name: 20240118_113700.jpg

Thank you! Always been a fan of these cars, 66 GTO is what got me hooked on this when I was a kid. My grandfather drug it out of a pasture and got it back on the road, I can still remember the night he took us to his shop to help color sand the car at 3 a.m. Alot of memories riding in the back seat watching that speedo needle bouncing!
